Judith Nabirye, employed at Logix Technical Solutions, as the Human Resource & Admin head. As part of the Management team, some of my primary roles are to provide oversight and guidance to both staff and the organization, direct and manage day to day Human Resource such as the processes of recruitment, retention compliance, the handling of employees relations issues and that HR related decisions are consistent and fair to suit both staff and the company. As well as including the provision of support for internal office administrative tasks. I work hand in hand with the managing Director to successfully achieve my goals.
